Application
Solar cables are used for interconnection wiring in both grounded and ungrounded photovoltaic (PV) power systems.
Cable Design
- Conductor: Fine wire strands of tinned copper, in accordance with IEC 60228, Class 5
- Insulation: Halogen-free PE, electron beam cross-linked, color: Black
- Outer Jacket: Halogen-free, flame retardant PE; electron beam cross-linked; resistant to water and UV radiation; jacket color: Black or Red
Temperature Range
- Maximum conductor temperature: -40Β°C ~ 120Β°C
- Operating temperature range: -40Β°C ~ 90Β°C (minimum 25-year lifespan)

- Nominal voltage Uβ/U: AC 600/1000V, DC 900/1500V
- Maximum DC voltage: 1800V (conductor-to-conductor, non-earthed system, circuit not under load)
